You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method.

Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds in exchange for a change of mind, or if you would like to request a different style/size. We recommend that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damage and Issues: If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at YL.ESTRELLASS@GMAIL.COM.

To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following criteria:
-The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
-It must be unused, along with all the elements of the kit.
-The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept returned items without prior approval.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send purchased items to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds (if applicable) will be given.
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.
-Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. Sales items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items can be refunded; Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable):

Delivery:
To return your product, you must send an email to YL.ESTRELLASS@GMAIL.COM. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. If you are shipping items over 80,000 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
